Back-to-School Family Cookout

The Back-to-School Family Cookout on Saturday, August 26, 2006 was a great success. About a hundred children and adults from around the neighborhood gathered at Star Bethlehem Church at 18 Lester Street in Ansonia. Games were held in the yard across the street. Lester Street between Grove and High was blocked off by the police for the safety of the children. It was a day of food and fun. If you missed it, you really missed out. We had a good time.
